NOTICE – PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the undersigned Collector of Taxes for the Town of Jackson, County of Washington and State of New York, has duly received the tax roll and warrant for collection of taxes within the Town of Jackson for the year 2025 and that I will attend the named place in said Town for the purpose of receiving taxes listed on the said roll:

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes shall be received without interest or penalty during the month of January if clearly postmarked by January 31st, 2025. Taxes paid by payment processing companies (online payments) must arrive on or before January 31, 2025 to be considered on time as there is no postmark.
The Tax Collector will be open on Monday, March 31st, 2025 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm to collect taxes in person for the last day to pay with this office. Taxes paid on or after April 1st must be paid to the County Treasurer where you will need to call 518-746-2220 for current amounts owed as penalties will increase.
